Payment Policy

Unless stated otherwise, we accept payment for orders from India, United States of America, United Kingdom, European Unions. Our preferred payment method is via a secure system of VISA and MASTER Credit and Debit Card transaction by PayPal, all data submitted will be protected in accordance with PayPal Privacy Policy. If you choose to pay for a Product using a payment card with a foreign currency denominated account, the account will still be taken in Delhi, India at the conversion rate applied by the relevant payment scheme at the time of processing your order. However, the acceptance of payment from funding channel outside India is subject to the service from PayPal and Indian law.

Delivery Policy

We ship orders to addressed in India and International (United States, United Kingdom, European Union & Singapore) only, but do not deliver to a PO Box address. For International orders we will not be responsible and refund for any loss, damage, stuck in customs clearance, return and risk by your government and customs policy. Though our support line is always open for any assistance with such issues and we will address them to the best of our abilities. On the delivery of the Product, you may be required to sign for a delivery confirmation. You agree to inspect the Product for any obvious faults, defects or damage before you sign for a delivery. You need to keep the receipt of the delivered Product in case of future discussions with us about it. Please note that it might not be possible for us to deliver to some locations for which we are apologize to such customers in advance. If this is the case, we will inform you using the contact details that you provide to us when you make your order and arrange for cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative delivery address. We deliver in our standard packaging. Any special packaging requested by you is subject to additional charges. All risk in the Product shall pass to you upon delivery, except that, where delivery is delayed due to a breach of your obligations under a Contract, risk shall pass at the date when delivery would have occurred but for your breach. From the time when risk passes to you, we will not be liable for loss or destruction of the Product. We process and delivery orders daily (business day). Our aim is to have your items shipped to you as fast as possible. If your item or items have not arrived, don’t worry. Please allow at least 5 - 7 business days for delivery within India, and 10 – 20 business days for International delivery upon confirmed payment for your order to arrive, depending on the given estimated delivery time on your product's. Once your orders have been picked up by our logistic partner's, a tracking code would be available, and you can track the delivery status through the tracking page available at our partner's portal or you can always contact us via phone or email with your order number details. Discount Vouchers & Gift Cards Policy

“Promotional vouchers” means discount vouchers and gift cards. The specified details for promotional vouchers and gift cards are stipulated in terms & conditions clause 14 respectively. We may email gift and promotional vouchers to you. We accept no liability for errors in the email address of the voucher. In any event of fraud, an attempt at deception or in the event of the suspicion of other illegal activities in connection with a promotional voucher purchase or redemption of that voucher on the Site, we are entitled to deactivate your Account and/or require a different means of payment. We assume no liability for the loss, theft or illegibility of gift or promotional vouchers. Conditions for the redemption of promotional vouchers are as follows.

From time to time, we may release promotional vouchers that may be used on the Site, which we will send to you by email. Promotional vouchers can only be redeemed on the Site.
Promotional vouchers are valid for the specified period stated on them only, can only be redeemed once, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional vouchers.
The credit of a promotional voucher cannot be used to pay for products from third parties websites.
If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the promotional voucher, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
The credit of a promotional voucher does not accrue interest, nor does it have a cash value.
If the credit of a promotional voucher is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment.
Conditions for the redemption of gift cards
1. You may purchase gift cards for use on the site by you or send it as a gift to your friends or loved ones. These gift cards will be sent by email.
2. The credit of a gift card does not accrue interest, nor does it have a cash value.
3. The credit of a gift card cannot be used to pay for products from third parties websites.
4. If you place an Order for a Product less than the value of the gift card, no refund or residual credit will be returned to you.
5. An order for a gift card can be canceled by contacting us via email at any time before the gift card has been redeemed. A card is considered to have been redeemed if it is used as payment in placing an Order.
6. If the credit of a gift card is insufficient for the order you wish to make, you may make up the difference through payment.
7. You may use as many gift cards as you wish in paying for an Order, and gift cards may be used in conjunction with one promotional voucher per order.
